I want folks to feel – feel all the emotions, but especially happiness. And I want folks to be free – free from their own constraints, pain, and worry. I want folks to experience that there is no separation between spirit and matter! In my experience, yoga guides us back to our true nature. We begin to align more with nature’s rhythm, discovering a sense of balance, and synching with our own unique beat, further supporting us to delve deeper into our inner landscape.
In my personal practice of Yoga, I create sacred space to listen deeply, and cultivate mindfulness and curiosity in self-study. In my teaching of yoga, I hold sacred space for my students to experience their many layers of being, and the transformation and joy that Yoga supports in their daily lives, and beyond! The teachings of yoga, firmly grounded in ancient wisdom I have received from my teachers, provide the tools to realize our soul’s innate and unique purpose. I welcome you to move intentionally with your whole body, connect intimately with your breath, observe and steady your mind, and to unleash your wild spirit that inherently burns bright, each day anew.
My teaching and transmittance of the sacred science of Yoga is grounded in Hatha Yoga, Sri Vidya Tantric Vinyasa, and Anusara. My class offerings are based on the season, the moon, and time of day in harmony with nature. I hold deep gratitude for my primary teachers- Rod Stryker and ParaYogini’s: Katie Silcox, Brenna Geehan, and Jean Mazzei; Scott Blossom, Charu Rachlis, Elena Brower and many beloved alignment based teachers.
